The new corporate headquarters are located within the grounds of a farm estate that falls under strict preservation regulations set by the original farm's architect, Magnus Poulsson. Existing buildings are preserved and create a framework for the development of the new centre. Building height, size, colours and use of materials have references to the existing environment. The new corporate headquarters are placed so that the courtyard is completely enclosed and forms a natural centre of the facilities.

Awarded Bærum Municipality's "Estetiske råd pris" for 1999
